Getting Started
Whatever your preference. We are happy to make your cleaning experience as comfortable and convenient as possible. Most of our clients choose not to be home during their cleaning appointments.
We use high-quality, environmentally-friendly products that are effective and smell great. All of our products are free of chemicals, additives, fragrances and stabilizers. Please see our Green Cleaning section to read about all the products we use.
Yes! All of our products, equipment, and supplies go through rigorous testing to ensure that they are environmentally-friendly and do a great job maintaining your home or business.
First-time cleanings and rotational Deluxe Deep Cleans will require additional time than our Maintenance Cleans. We will determine the duration of time during our initial phone consultation.
To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, we ask that you put away clothing, shoes, toys and other household items before a visit from our cleaning professional. This will allow our cleaning pro to focus on cleaning all surfaces and making your home spotless and sparkling.

Your Simply Pure Home cleaning professional will bring all necessary cleaning products and supplies. For sanitary reasons, we require clients to have their own toilet bowl brush in each bathroom.
pricing & policies
Please contact us to inquire about rates for your unique home. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services are available in addition to other services. Service frequency and specifics about your home will help us determine a cleaning fee that is customized for your home—request a quote here.
Payment is due in full on the day of service. We require a valid credit card or debit card to be kept on file (encrypted by www.authorize.net) that will be billed each service day. It can be kept up to date in your customer portal or by calling the office. Please do not send bank card information by email or text.
We require 48 hrs notice for cancellations or re-scheduling requests. Last-minute cancellations and re-scheduled cleanings limit our ability to provide a full work schedule for our field technicians and as such are discouraged. Canceling without providing a 48 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee that equals 50% of your cleaning rate. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge equal to 100% of your cleaning rate. Please note that if your cleaning falls on a Monday, we request to be notified by 4 PM on the Friday before your scheduled service. Excessive reschedule requests may limit our ability to provide service. When re-scheduling regular service, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, however availability is not guaranteed. Please note that skipping a visit or temporarily suspending service may incur an additional charge on our return visit. The longer we go between cleanings, the more work our technicians will have to do to restore your home to the appropriate condition.
We are proud of our impeccable service and attention to every detail. If you are not completely satisfied, we will return to your home within a 24-hour period at no extra charge and re-clean any area in question. We do not offer refunds.

Yes. We love animals! For the safety of your pet and our staff it’s best to have your pets contained in an area we are not cleaning.
Yes, we are bonded and fully insured with general liability and workmans comp insurance. You are fully protected when Simply Pure Home cleaning professionals are in your home.
All Simply Pure Home cleaning pros complete a comprehensive and rigorous professional house-cleaning training program including the Professional House Cleaning Certification course for residential cleaning through the ISSA—The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. All have a working knowledge of the best cleaning methods and eco-cleaning products to use to clean your home safely and effectively.
Whenever you schedule recurring services, we do our best to assign the same person/team to clean your home. If a member of your regular team is absent, we will alert you that another pro will be assigned as a temporary or permanent replacement. Rest assured that every one of our cleaning pros undergoes extensive Simply Pure Home training to ensure that the quality of work is thorough and consistent.
All of our employees passed a strict selection process, when we checked their background and references to assure our clients they are trustworthy and without criminal records. However, if you want to be extra careful, we encourage our clients to put away their valuable possessions while our team cleans. And of course, all our cleaners are insured and bonded.

It is presumed that the home will be in order and picked up so we can focus on what we do best!
We do not clean anything higher than what is reachable with a two-step ladder and our extension duster and do not move anything weighing more than 15 lbs. We do our best to vacuum and mop under furniture, though please note the furniture style may limit our accessibility.
We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder.
For first-time clients, we require a cleaning deposit in order to confirm our professional maid services.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
Our work is Guaranteed! If you are not satisfied for any reason, call our office within 24 hours for a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas—we do not offer refunds. If we missed a spot, we are happy to return and take care of it.
Arrival Times
At Simply Pure Home, we schedule your service to start within a half hour window for morning cleanings and a 2-hour window for afternoon cleanings. We understand how important your time is, so we make being on time a top priority. No cleaning company can truthfully give you an exact time that they will arrive at your home. There are too many factors that can cause a delay, including traffic, weather, and how much time it takes to clean the home scheduled prior to yours. Fortunately for our clients, our teams use cutting edge software and mobile technology to make sure they are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Plus, for your convenience we send a text to let you know we’re on the way to your home, and another to let you know we just completed your cleaning.
