A Move-In or Move-Out Clean is recommended for your house or apartment before furniture is moved into the home or once it’s moved out. This is a very detailed and thorough cleaning of your entire home that even includes the inside of cabinets and drawers. This type of cleaning provides a spotless environment for new residents to move into. We can also customize this checklist to serve your needs and budget.

  • Remove and dust cobwebs
  • Hand-wipe light fixtures and ceiling fans (reachable with a two-step ladder)
  • Sanitize light switch plates
  • Dust blinds (can be hand washed if requested—this takes more time)
  • Dust A/C vents
  • Wash baseboards, doors, door frames, window sills
  • Wash windows associated with entry and exit doors and above kitchen sink
  • Wash sliding glass doors
  • Vacuum and mop hard floors
  • Vacuum carpet

  • Wash countertops, backsplash, and fixtures
  • Wash cabinet interior shelves and vacuum and wipe drawers

A variety of services may be added to your home cleaning for an additional charge. Requests must be made in advance of your cleaning appointment so the correct amount of time can be allotted. Extra services include:
